Slobodan Mirkovic National Championship Registration

The Serbian Golf Club Geelong and Victorian Serbian Golf Club are both excited and honoured to have the opportunity to host the Slobodan Mirkovic National Championship in 2026. We would like to invite you all to join us for the next instalment of our annual tournament that will take place on Fri 20th, Sat 21st & Sun 22th of March 2026 at Royal Pines and Palm Meadows Golf Clubs. There is ONLY 72 spots available for this event so once the field is full others will go onto a waiting list.

Package Inclusions

  • Two (2) night’s accommodation at the Mercure Gold Coast Resort.
  • Two (2) rounds of golf at Royal Pines Blue/Gold Course and Palm Meadows with golf carts included.
  • Bus transfers to and from course at Royal Pines.
  • Breakfast buffet on Saturday and Sunday mornings.
  • Welcome Party Friday night with food and drinks provided, during which ‘gift packs’ will be handed out.

  • $430 - Golf Only Package (Excludes accommodation and breakfast)
  • $750 - Twin Share Package (Two Golfers in one room with 2 Queen size beds).
  • $970 - Single Package (One Golfer with King size bed).
  • $1,140 - Partners Package (One Golfer sharing King size bed)
  • $1,460 - Couples Package (Two Golfers sharing King size bed)

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The following are the terms and conditions the organising committee places on each player.

  • Competition shall be played in accordance with the Rules of Golf as adopted by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, Scotland, together with such local rules as are in force on the course over which the competition takes place. If a dispute arises at any point, it shall be decided by the Match Committee, whose decision is final.
  • The general rule is “Play the Ball as it lies”, unless the weather & course conditions are such that the club or committee feels that “Preferred Lies” are required on the fairways or through the Tee, but this will be announced.
  • Players handicaps may be adjusted by the Match Committee at any time if they feel the players ability does not match the handicap.
  • In the event of a tie the winners will be decided by count back.
  • The Match Committee may in the event of bad weather shorten the tournament.
  • If entries are excessive the Match Committee reserves the right to ballot out according to date of receipt of entry form.
  • Competitors will be made honorary members for both days.
  • The format for both days will be Stableford. Scoring will be calculated by the stroke index of each hole from 1 to 18.
  • Golf attire to be worn during play. This includes golf shoes, tailored pants or shorts and shirts with collar. Predominately white socks to be worn when wearing shorts.
  • Maximum handicap is 54 for male competitors and 54 for female competitors, unless a player does not have a current AGU or Social Club handicap in which case he / she will play off a maximum handicap of 18, and this may be adjusted by the committee as they see fit depending on the scores submitted.
  • No entry will be counted unless payment has been made and registration form completed.
  • No refunds will be made after the Friday 6th February 2026.
  • As you can appreciate this is the peak season and to secure the venue our club will have to make a deposit payment for the golf course by EO June and accommodation by the end of September with the final numbers to be confirmed on the closing date.
  • All registrations close by Friday 5th December 2025 at 5PM AEST.
  • To assist us with deposit payments any early bookings and payments will be greatly appreciated.
