Registration closes Friday 16 July 2027 at 5 pm AEST. Your entry counts once the form and payment are received.

Submitting sends your details to the organisers and emails you a copy. It does not confirm a place or take payment.

BEFORE YOU REGISTER

Terms and conditions

The organising committee places these conditions on each player:

  1. Competition is played under the Rules of Golf adopted by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, Scotland, together with the local rules of the course. The Match Committee will decide any dispute, and its decision is final.
  2. Play the ball as it lies unless weather or course conditions lead the club or committee to announce preferred lies on the fairways or through the tee.
  3. The Match Committee may adjust a player’s handicap at any time if it believes their ability does not match that handicap.
  4. Ties are decided by countback.
  5. The Match Committee may shorten the tournament in bad weather.
  6. If entries exceed capacity, the Match Committee may ballot players according to the date their entry form was received.
  7. Competitors will be made honorary members for both days.
  8. Both competition days use Stableford scoring, calculated using each hole’s stroke index from 1 to 18.
  9. Golf attire is required during play, including golf shoes, tailored pants or shorts, and a collared shirt. Predominantly white socks are required with shorts.
  10. The maximum handicap is 54 for male and female competitors. A player without a current AGU or social club handicap plays off a maximum handicap of 18, subject to adjustment by the committee based on submitted scores.
  11. An entry counts only when the registration form is completed and payment is made.
  12. No refunds will be made after Saturday 31 July 2027.
